Raised Relief Map of the Ocean Floor

This dramatic map of the World captures the geography of the land and the Ocean floor. It is manufactured using a vacuum-form procedure, so features such as ridges, trenches, mountains, continental shelves, continental slopes and islands are depicted in realistic detail. A version with a teacher’s Activity Guide is also available with activities on making an ocean floor profile and studying continental margin types and earthquake and volcano distribution. Activities are for students in grades 6-12. Map is unframed, and measures 26" x 39".
